Rita Cirillo
My art is a reflection of my life and my values. I see it as a path to spiritual and personal growth.
I began painting with serious intent in 1998, studying and later teaching at Cottonwood Art Academy in Colorado Springs.
Through the years I’ve won numerous awards, been invited to participate in many invitational shows and been a member of several artist organizations and galleries. You can see the full details on my website.
In 2023, I published my first instructional book geared towards the beginner/intermediate painter or anyone interested in painting basics. The book is available at Twin Flame Gallery, Victor, CO and on Amazon.
I am currently working on a second book about painting outdoors to be published by the end of 2025.
My mural work can be seen at the Cripple Creek Heritage Center and the Brass Ass Casino in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
